What is the dress code?

We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. For gentlemen, this means a suit and tie, and for ladies, cocktail dresses or formal evening wear. Since our wedding will be in a garden format, we kindly ask you to prefer pastel tones.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Is there parking available?

Yes, paid parking service will be available at Swissôtel The Bosphorus. Valet service is available. Please have your invitation ready to show the valet.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please fill out the participation form on the wedding website to confirm the number of seats reserved for you and guest information. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What happens after the ceremony?

Following the ceremony, our celebration will continue with dinner service and dancing. For the young ones, we have planned an after party after midnight — be ready to party until dawn!

Can children attend?

We prefer to share this special day with our adult guests. However, for guests who need to bring their children, a small play area and babysitter support will be provided. Thank you very much for your understanding.

How will photos and videos work?

A QR code will be shared with our guests throughout our celebration. Each guest can upload 25 photos, and all photos taken will be shared with everyone's access at the end of the day. Let's collect these sweet memories together while enjoying the moment!

Is there accommodation available?

Special discounted accommodation will be offered at Swissôtel The Bosphorus for our guests coming from out of town. Please visit the "Travel & Stay" page for details.

Is there a menu according to food preferences?

We will serve a meat-based menu. If you have vegetarian or special dietary needs, please let us know in advance, we will be happy to help.
